I had bought a Dyson DC-59 Motorhead, but ended up returning it. The cleaning power was impressive, but having to hold the trigger continually was a real pain and the canister was tiny. For that much money, I expect more.
Enter the Shark. I looked at many different models and countless conflicting online reviews. The Shark was reasonably priced and it has plenty of power. It's lightweight and easy to use. It gives the appearance of cleaning as well as the Dyson and it's less than half the price. Very happy with this purchase.
