I need to get used to a washer plate( vs. agitator) machine, but the clothes come out great. Because of this configuration it is easier to load and takes a larger capacity that our old washer, but fits the same space. And it runs quieter. There are the many new status alarms, but some are optional. So far I have no regrets about this purchase.

This vent system took up slightly more room than the original drier vent so it didn't work in the available space. We had to return it. However it looked well made and practical. I wish we could have used it.

These were installed even though my original hoses were still in good shape. These tangle easily and are hard to install without kinks. Watch out for metal splinters while working with the hoses. Use gloves! I hope they last as long as advertised or it was definitely not worth it.

The installation could have been better

Our units were delivered late evening. The crew was courteous and careful moving the old units out and the new units in. However the supply lines were left tangles and there was a slight leak on one line to the washer. I found that no plumbers tape was used in the installation. The installer also took the option not to install the new drier vent kit since it didn't fit the available area (although it could have with some adjustments). However they also didn't properly secure the old vent connection so it popped off after a few uses and had to be reconnected and secured. I don't fault them however since they still had 2 deliveries of 10 to go after mine. I would still recommend the installation, but caution you on what to expect.

Great washer and Drier

I have to get used to a washer without an agitator, and both appliances do a lot more digital beeping that my old mechanical machines. But I'm getting used to the new technology and the finished laundry looks great. I do wish the installation had been more professional (tangled supply tubes, no plumbers tape used), and we had to use the old vent system on the drier to get it to fit the depth of installation area, but it all was good enough.
