Love my Fitbit, use it everyday. Really helps me keep track of my steps, helps me get up and move when I notice I didn't do as well one day. It's a great motivation tool. And the sleep tracker is a bonus. I used to have the flex, but I love my charge so much more. It's worth the extra few bucks.

You can if you buy the $20 plan. But you can save the $20 and just email Fitbit. They will send you a new one, Just explain your issue, if it can't be fixed, they send you a replacement.

Does the clock stay on all the time?
Is it possible to have the clock time display all the time or do I have to press a button to have it show up?
I don't believe there is a way to keep it on all the time. It would kill your battery. But it is supposed to show your clock (if you choose) when your arm makes the movement as if you're bringing up to look at it like you would any other watch.

DOES ANY OF THE FITBITS MONITOR BLOOD PRESSURE?
None that I know record blood pressure. But the charge HR keeps track of heart rate.

Accurate step count?
I can't recall whether it was the Flex or charge that I'd heard gives a false reading on steps taken just from arm movements?? Trying to decide which to invest in and want sleep details to be accurate.
Both the flex and charge can record inaccurate step counts based on arm movement. If you're concerned about that, you would be better off with one of the clip on ones that you can clip to your belt loop. Those are considered more accurate. Anything you wear on your wrist can potentially record extra steps you may not have actually taken.
