Hard to install

I was very disappointed with this car vent mount. It was very difficult to mount to the vents. More than once the phone and mount fell onto the floor at my feet when I was driving. It is now in a drawer and I was forced to purchase a second mount - one that is very simple to use and half the price!!!

Doesn't list the receiver for this mouse in "What's Included" but it talks about the receiver in item description, so...does it come with the receiver or not??
