When I built the house, I figured I'd make a pedestal base for the washer and dryer. Fast forward 10 years and the new washer and dryer are much larger. These 6ft hoses gave me the extra length I needed to get the washer hooked up off the pedestal, then lift it and slide it into place. I really recommend them for tight installs where it is hard to get behind the washer.

Big, quiet, heavy, fully optioned!

Have only had this for a month, but it is such an upgrade from our old Whirlpool Duet that I was constantly repairing. This LG handles big loads without complant, runs quiet and looks good. I had to do the install because my dryer needed a sidevent kit and BestBuy will install, but won't make changes like installing new vent kit. They were upfront about it, so no knock on them. That said, get install if you can. This thing is a beast! It is heavy enough that you can miss a foot being a half inch off the ground because it feels solid with only 3 feet in contact with floor. Luckly the wife caught it before we finished. Once leveled, this runs quiet and spins without much vibration. Old one use to shake the house, triggering earthquake warnings up to 3 miles away. This one you may not know a load is running until you walk into the laundry. The interior light is also a nice feature. I purchased this with the matching 9cf gas dryer. They look great and we are cranking out some serious laundry...

Run clothing through one of 14 cycles on this LG gas dryer for optimal dryness. Huge capacity! Quiet, many options-Read Manual!

Nice to have a dryer that can handle comforters, sleeping bags, or whatever we throw at it. Still learning all the options, but VERY satisfied with this purchase. I had to do the install because I needed a side vent kit, but BestBuy was upfront about that going in. I would purchase this again in a hot second. One word of caution: if drying a large load of heavy blankets or a comforter, don't use the highest setting. If the load doesn't have space to shift (yes, I know, how did I overload a 9cf dryer...) you get hot spots. The sidevent kit part number listed in the manual has been replaced by a newer version. Bestbuy doesn't offer the sidevent kit. The new part number as of May of 2018 is LG Electronics 3911EZ9131X Dryer Side or Bottom Venting Kit. This is a huge, quiet dryer that I expect to use for many years.
