The men who delivered our washer were nice, prompt and informative. They had to bring it up a few steps then down about 10 into our basement and hauled out 2 old ones. The hooked it up good and went over how the washer works, things to look for and care of the washer. I would have them do install again.

I only replaced my other ones to get the free installation and I am glad I purchased these as the installer said the other ones were cracked and not as high quality at these. they seem sturdy.

So our last washer was a front loader. I was going to buy another one but samsung and we happened upon this one. It's main attractions were the built in sink (for stain treatment), how BIG IT IS and the cool features (change temp, spin add extra wash etc). The sales guy said the washer will last longer if not a front load. The fact that is also does have the agitatior leaves more room for clothing. I like that it has a timer so you can see when you should come back to switch clothes over. It is AMAZINGLY QUIET AND GETS THE CLOTHES CLEAN! I cannot say enough great things about it. Being 5"3 i use a step stool to reach to the bottom but it's worth it.
