Don't be fooled by the price

My daughter bought this with her own money from Christmas and was very excited at first. She really thought hard between this one and one the was slightly more expensive. I think she is wishing she would have bought the more expensive one. This one is ok for cd playing but that is about it. The radio reception is spotty at best. When you try and tune the radio to a local station it doesn't hold the station as you can see on the digital display the frequency fluctuate up and down even if your finger is not on the tuner dial. Also when you get to a station it is full of static and crackle even with antenna up. Her old clock radio with no antenna had much better reception for 5 times less the cost. This is very frustrating for me and for her. The CD feature works ok but the volume control seems to be either quiet or loud with little in-between.

Great product not so easy install

Product is easy to use with simple design and interface. However easy install is a different matter. When they say consider pro-install for those with dual fuel systems I would consider it unless you truly know what you are doing. That being said tech support is awesome as they spent 6 hours over 2 days with me trying to get everything up and running and never once did they make me feel like an idiot for trying to do it myself. The nice thing is they were just as frustrated at having to refer me to a pro-installer. This is why I gave it 4 out 5 stars and also because I really haven't seen much in savings but can see how savings would come over time if you program it correctly. Programming and operation is easier from the internet or a wireless device than on the thermostat itself. Only other minor frustration is that it pulls weather data based on zip code and the internet and not from the equipment at your home. This may cause some problems as zip codes can cover large areas with varying weather conditions.

Easy to mount and install

This product is easy to mount and the snap on feature is awesome. It holds the TV well and I have no concerns about it pulling out of wall. Nice thing is that I am able to use the holes for the old mount on my heavier TV with this mount meaning less drilling which I am a big fan of. Only thing I didn't like was that when I tried to use the QR code included in the instructions for setting up with my TV it took me to a Best Buy site but the brand and type of mount I had was not an option in the mount selection section. No biggy as the included instructions were pretty straight forward.

This dryer dries very well and is quiet to boot. Only knocks is that you can't adjust the done tone from something other than a cell phone like tone. Other than that wish the drum was flat not with grooves so you can attach a dryer bar. Other than that quality product.

Love how large the drum is and how quiet it is

Can't tell you how much better this is than front loader. This machine cleans better than any front loader on the market. It also doesn't shake all over the laundry room like our old one did. The stories about how it doesn't clean as good as others are mainly because you are not loading it right. You have to make sure you leave an opening in the middle and it will clean just fine. The other nice thing is that you can clean all your bedding at once and not in stages.
