We've only had the microwave a few weeks. It heats quickly, we love the 4 speed fan, and the light is adequate. The time is much too quiet when it goes off though. We can't hear it in the next room.

We recently remodeled our kitchen which did not previously have a dish washer. This has made my life so much easier! We love how quiet it is. I typically run it overnight, and it is done when we get up in the morning. I absolutely love the sani-rinse option. We did have a bit of an issue with the installer and Whirlpool. The third party installer did not leave my owner's manual or product samples that came with the dishwasher, and could not locate them. Our Best Buy store manager contacted Whirlpool for us, and emailed me to let me know that they would be glad to get the items for me, I just needed to call and verify my model and address and gave me a case number. It took me 2 phone calls and 20 minutes with Whirlpool operators, one of whom was very rude, to get them to agree to send the manual, but they would not send the samples that were missing. When the manual came, it was just printed and stapled at the corner like they printed it from the internet. Overall, not a huge deal, but it did take some of the shiny out of the experience of purchasing new appliances.

Love it So Far!

We've only had it for a month or so, so I can speak for its long term quality. It looks great. We replaced an older top freezer model. This has a ton more room, and we love how the French door style puts everything at eye level. The freezer is roomier than I would have thought. As an added bonus, with the ice and water through the door, my kids are finally drinking more water. We also love the the ice maker doesn't take up shelf space in the fridge. We absolutely love this so far.
