Will the GoPro mount to a standard tripod?
Thinking of buying one for recording blog video.
It comes with mounts that have peel-able stickers on the bottom but they stay put once you stick them. You can buy separate after market go pro mounts for any tripod for fairly cheap.

is this compact enough to still fit in the waterproof case?
I need to know if this pac, since it extends off the back of the camera, will still allow for waterproofing? Thanks.
The battery packs come with extension doors, three or four. Waterproof and also ones with holes in them for audio and charging purposes.
