Purchased this to supplement existing system. A little slower than I thought it might be. Really needs 8 gig of RAM instead of the 4 that are installed. Otherwise it works for most of our needs. If you are just using it for office use or surfing the web it will do fine. Also USB ports are in the back and not easily accessible especially for flash drive.

Purchased this phone because of the novelty of being able to hook into cell phone. Does not automatically bluetooth once you leave the area, so have to remember to link. Also read the instructions carefully about answering when cell phone call comes through, there is a separate button to answer with. Remember it is a phone and answering machine, and works well in that arena, Fairly simple setup if you have ever programmed one before.

Bought to replace an all in one that was giving problems. The sale on this one was hard to pass by so we bought it. Have found it to be slower than desired. Everything especially internet loads slow and scrolling is a pain. But for the price it will do as a backup.

I have a photography business and would like to use this computer to edit my photos. I would then upload the pictures on to an USB. Would you recommend this computer for that?
If you are in the photography business I would either find one with a faster processor or add RAM to this one. Have not used it to do this kind of work, but the system might be slower than you need. Also the USB ports are on the backside and I have to turn the screen around to see what I am doing. Sounds petty, but if you have to do this a lot you would appreciate adding an extendable USB port to this machine.

How fast is the Acer AS5534-1121 laptop?
I ordered it online and I am reading mixed reviews. I haven't received it yet. If it isn't fast enought can I return it before I even open it.
I want it for everyday use, surf the web, download songs for my ipod , watch dvds, etc.
