I have to wrap some string around it to make it really tight for the device to charge.

What's not so great: I have to wrap something around the remote to be tight

I love this product. I got it for my surface and I love how it protects my screen and does not leave any marks on it.

What's great about it: Protects my screen and also am able to type with it.

What's not so great: The mouse scroller pad is not as great.
