Sounds great but less than perfect performance

I really like the sound and comfort of these ear buds. They're so light, you forget you have them in your ears! The battery life is good (about 5 hours) and the charging case is nice for storage and recharging.
They work well with Siri and announces phone calls when they come in.
Like other users, I'm having a little trouble with the left ear bud dropping out, then reconnecting. Once in a while, I have to manually reconnect it. I've also found the volume buttons hard (firm) to push, but they work.
It's annoying, but not bad enough to return them. For a $200 Bose device, this should't be an issue!
Overall, I'm enjoying using them and they do sound great.

Replaced my Legend

My Legend failed and I chose this model as an upgrade. I was disappointed that the Legend charging box and connector doesn't fit this model. However, this model uses a microUSB charging port, so I can always find or borrow a charging cable.
I don't think the battery holds a charge quite as well as the Legend, but is very adequate for my use.
The volume buttons are reconfigured with the buttons now on top rather on the back of the unit.
Sound quality is excellent for both sides of the conversation and the noise cancelling works well.
Overall, good product.

Love it so far. It has surprisingly good suction for its size. The swivel design of the heads make it really easy to maneuver. With the convenient wall mount, it's easy to just "grab & go".
I really like to soft cleaning head for my hard wood and laminate floors.
Battery life is OK on normal, but like others mentioned, it goes fast on the "max" setting. But I've found the normal setting does everything I need it to do. I don't even get our big Dyson ball out anymore.

Had tried a more expensive 2 ear headset (it broke). Went back to this basic one. Since it sits on your ear, not around it, so it doesn't get hot / sweaty as some others. Since it only covers one ear, you can hear what's going on in the room around you better than an over the ear headset.

The stand is fixed solid to the TV. No pivit capability, you need to move the stand and TV together.
