The Phantom Pain is the fifth Metal Gear Solid game and the real sequel to what was essentially the prologue, Ground Zeroes. If you have played Ground Zeroes, the gameplay is very similar though enhanced thanks to a larger environment (two large sandbox maps), Mother base meta game, and more variety of weapons and tools to use.
There's a lot to like about the game. *The game's graphics are great though the character models aren't quite as good as other games. Nevertheless, the sacrifice there means you'll at least get 60 fps most of the time. There's also some nice attention to details like the characters actually pulling the trigger of the guns when they fire them. *Gameplay is done really well with intuitive controls; the best part about the gameplay is the number ways you can approach missions and side ops. Managing your staff and mother base resources can be rather fun especially as you try to recruit new staff members to develop more equipment. *Length, there are 157 side ops and 50 main missions. If you only do the story missions and nothing else, most likely you'll finish it in 30 hours.
So what's wrong with the game? *Although there are fifty or so story missions, a lot of the latter missions are repeats of earlier missions just on a higher difficulty. *Venom Snake(Kefier Sutherland) also barely talks in the game, which will feel odd when characters seem to be talking to him, but he doesn't respond. *A lot of the side ops can become repetitive because of a lack of mission variety. *Boss fights are few and not conceptualized as well as past games. *Story isn't very good especially once you reach chapter 2 where everything feels rushed.

Final Fantasy Type 0 HD is a remaster of a PSP Final Fantasy game that has never been released in the U.S. For the most part, much of the graphics have been updated to look more in-line with other PS4 games, but there are still many textures and character models that were not given care.
The story of this game disappoints. Much of the dialogue is average or poor and many of Class Zero's characters aren't developed too well. It has potential with the theme of war, but ultimately the narrative feels to disjointed and incoherent. Too much jargon and terminologies are thrown at the person in the beginning that players won't know what is going on.
Despite those flaws, the gameplay holds out well. Combat is real time and plays more like an action game with how fast paced it is. There are still many RPG elements with stats, equipment, etc. However, the game will become increasingly difficult if one does not pay attention to dodging and reacting to enemy attacks. Each of the playable characters have distinct playable styles and they're all viable to use.
I should warn you that the camera system in this game is quite bad. Every time you turn the camera with the right analog stick (speed can't be varied), motion blur is introduced and it can make you experience motion sickness.
When you're not fighting in missions, you're given time to roam at an academy to do side quests, listen to lectures (for exp), and shop around. Each event causes a timer to count down, which then leads to your next mission. It's a novel idea and adds importance to time instead of having characters run around doing fetch quests all day as if a war isn't going on.
Special mention goes to the incredible soundtrack. It's worthy of a mainline Final Fantasy title.
Overall, I can recommend this game if you find the combat system and gameplay fun (along with overlooking the horrid camera). Otherwise, the story and graphics do hold the game down a bit from greatness.

The PS TV is essentially a PlayStation Vita that can be connected to your HDTV. Design wise, it's very small and portable You can easily carry it to a friend's or relative house in your pocket considering it's about the size of a modern day smartphone, just a little fatter. Do note that the console only supports 720p/1080i max. It really should be 1080p in this day and age.
If you bought this so it can be your streaming box for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, etc - you're going to be disappointed. As of right now, a lot of these apps are not yet compatible with the PS TV. Supposedly a patch is being worked on so that they can be made compatible, but you'll have to watch and see. DLNA media server implementation will come in the future through an app.
Gaming wise, you can play most Vita, PSP, and PSOne games. You want to check the list for compatible games on this site: https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5376/~/games-compatible-with-playstation-tv
However considering the Vita hardware is inside the PS TV, you would think all Vita games will be compatible. Still, playing some Vita games on your TV is really nice such as Muramasa or Final Fantasy Dissidia. I should note that PlayStation Now is also supported if you're into that game streaming idea.
Right now, I wouldn't recommend the product too much because a lot of features are still missing and need to be patched in. However if there are some Vita/PSP games you want to play on a TV or with a DualShock controller (it supports DualShock 3 and 4) then go for it.

Will this work with Windows 10?? Thanks.
Yes, I'm running Windows 10 64-bits and it's plug and play.
