Somewhat disappointed

This washer is MASSIVE! Love all the cycles and the style of the machine is great. My only issue is when the machine is at high RPM, I hear a loud ticking noise! The machine still works great, but the noise is certainly not intended and is a manufacturing defect. I contacted Bestbuy to replaced and they told me these machines are backorderd and they cannot replace it...... Disappointed with Samsung and Bestbuy on this one!
