I'm not the biggest fan of the Madea films, but I have seen all of them, and this one is by far the funniest and most fresh. I found myself laughing out loud quite a bit, and loving every minute of it. Ignore the marketing - this is not a scary movie, but simply a typical Madea comedy/drama set on Halloween. Worth it for fans, and a very satisfying installment for first timers to sample.

I went in not expecting much from this Disney live action film - the art and concept felt like it was just going to be a SNOW DOGS retread. But instead I found a very compelling, beautifully shot adenture in the tundra. A great family film that all ages can enjoy!

So much better than the first one! This film delivers the hilarious one liners, all spoken straight faced and without a hint of irony. A very visceral, touching film about wartime sacrifice, brought to emotional life by Mel Gibson. The movie itself is worth the purchase, but the 4K trasnfer is really gorgeous. The detail and color is stunning and raises this head and shoulders above its Blu Ray counterpart. Very much worth owning!

I watch these movies every few months as a blast of pure adrenaline that you don't often find in most mainstream American Hollywood movies. Clever, weird, gross and completely dirty - this beautifully animated and smartly written movie is a must own. Not for kids, but for anyone with a dirty mind and a love of food puns. The blu Ray looks great, and there are a ton of hilarious bonus features. I only wish it had been released in 3D, so that we could be treated to a gorgeously layered 3D blu ray. But as it stands, this is a must own on its own merits.
