An excellent movie that really pulled me in. The story is absolutely gut wrenching and depressing, but it is done in a "pleasant" way that is a little more palatable. Definitely one of those that requires tissues.

Stunning Imagery - Great Story

The imagery in this movie is absolutely phenomenal, and its BluRay format only helps such images to be all the more vibrant. Life of Pi has a great story, too... but the visual effects are out of this world.

Good - Twisted & Depressing...?

I loved this movie, but it is fairly twisted and depressing, yet ends with a bit of hope. It's unlike any other movie I've seen, and you can really feel the struggle of the main character.
