Free and of dubious value

This is 'free' with the laptop/tablet purchase. Apparently the big push by Best Buy. Although I installed it I plan to got to Best Buy to have their people explain why I need it. I prefer the network/virus/malware security program I have used for almost two decades. Additionally I don't find from the "Webroot Secureanywhere" minimalist documentation that it does anything Microsoft Windows Defender does not do.

Still don't like the manipulation to get Outlook

The interface has changed a little in the Office programs from Office 2013. I use Word and Excel at work from Office 2013 so I've done a few stupid things in this version because that is the way it's done in the older version. Still, I don't like needing to get more, rarely used Office Programs like PowerPoint just to avoid needing to by Outlook as an overpriced stand alone.

Spectacular Laptop/Tablet

This unit tames Windows 10 into a docile, compliant whimp. I would guess the large SSD on which the Windows 10 OS runs does the job of making it fast so effectively that I'm putting together a SSD to run my desktop. Two terabytes of HDD is a bit much, but maybe I'll just swap my desk top out and use this. Graphics are amazing. I uploaded a photo of a MG-TC I had in 1972 which was a little faded when I scanned it years ago. On this display it looks like I took it yesterday with Kodachrome.

Redundant Item.

The salesman said we had to purchase these stainless steel hoses with the washing machine if we wanted it installed by Best Buy. Same story we got when we bought the first washing machine. Since those hoses were still in very good condition, we did not use the new ones and returned them. Incidentally, the same hoses, with the same part number purchsed four years ago were $12. This new set was $30.

Simple device - the installation was a problem

The installers did not have the screws which should have been in the unit. While I was on the phone with customer service who wanted to talk to them to have them return to the warehouse to pick up the screws, they left without warning. The process to get the screws and attachments took several weeks and required an unnecessary trip to the Best Buy store to pick them up.

Installers were not the best

Scheduled installation when purchased the machine. The installers had very poor command of the English Language and I unfortunately did not learn Macedonian, only Russian, Czech and Yugoslavian in college. The did not have the screws needed to attach the washer to the pedestal base and walked out while I was on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service who was going to tell the installers to return to the warehouse to pick up the screws to complete the installation.

A little difficult to set up.

It was a little difficult to set up. The WiFi connection was slow to recognize several Samsung Cell Phones in the house on set up and occasionally takes a few minutes to connect. Pictures from the cell phone display well on the TV. YouTube videos take longer to load into the Chromecast and start to break up if the video is long. Chromecast does not display as high a resolution as the TV can accept.

The headphones produce sound as good as one can expect from Bluetooth. They are a little bulky handing unused around the neck. A few complains from people understanding speech as it was being used paired with a cell phone. Maybe because it shows up on the cell phone Bluetooth menu as only one device; "HandsFree/Audio".
