Great washer for the price

I love the size of the washer drum! Not having the agitator makes a huge difference! The only down side is the washer is a little louder than I expected otherwise I would give it 5 stars. All features are great, love all the options.

Is this a High Efficiency washing machine?
I want to be able to stop and add items throughout the cycle. Also need it to be quiet.
It is not a HE machine as it is belt driven. You can pause the machine and add clothes once you start it. (You have to pause it as the door locks once it starts) it is not wisper quiet. Its a little louder than i expected but much quieter than my old machine.

very wet clothes
is it normal that after a normal load with the spin and also an extra spin, I can still wring the water out of the clothes
That only happend to us once, the first load. After that they have been fine.

Is there a hand-wash cycle?
Under specifications, it says "Hand-washable cycle" Yes
I don't see a hand-wash setting on the control panel or in the manual I found on the Samsung website.
