If I use a vga to vga cable to connect this monitor to my laptop, will I lose the hd picture quality?
Laptop had vga output. Monitor appears to accept vga or hdmi.
If you use VGA you will lose HD picture quality. You have to use DVI or HDMI to retain HD quality.
