Amazing sound and features.

These are by far the best wireless earbuds I have owned. The build quality and features by LG are amazing.
They include several ear canal gels to customize them depending of your ear canal size (small, medium and large). They also include a USB type C cable to charge and also (and greatly surprised) a USB to mini jack adapter for the case, so if in example you have a device that doesn't have bluetooth, you can plug it in that way to the case and then the case will stream the sound to the earbuds, amazing!!
The case is compact and also serves as a charging case and also has UV LED's that will disinfect your earbuds during the first 10 minutes when you put them im, great feature to keep them free of bacteria, you don't want that in your ear canals!
Using them for the first time was easy, I opened the case flap and my phone saw them, I added them in my phone's bluetooth settings and that was it. Then I downloaded LG's Tone Free app to customize them. This app is fully featured and easy to use. So much tweaking! You can select several EQ presets and you can definitely feel the difference, but what amazed me was the Dolby Atmos head tracking feature! It makes the sound evolving and surround, and the sounds moves depending on how you move your head! I love this feature, specially for Movies or games. I don't use it much for music though, I prefer the regular EQ presets by Meridian, which are great too! The app will also check if you have the latest firmware, there is also a tuning feature, I recommend using it as I was using first the medium gels and it told me it was not good, sound was not as intended (which I could tell also by the feeling of the gels), then I switched to the small gels and fit was perfect and the app told me so too, definitely try it!
These worked perfect with my iPhone, with no incompatibilities at all and should work with android phones too, highly recommend them! I'm attaching some pics of their companion app so you can see how fully featured they are!

Great headphones for work from home!

These are amazing if you work from home, which I do. They are extremely light and so comfortable to use. Since they conduct sound via the bones around your ears, there are no sweaty ear pads nor uncomfortable earplugs going into your ear canals. They include a USB dongle for PC/Mac, a charging cable and a quick guide (which I will say, its very barebones, I highly recommend you head to their website and download the manual, as there are many functions that are not in the included guide, huge con!, read about this later).
On one side you have your volume buttons, that serve some functions and there is also a "multifunction' button/pad on one side that has more functions (like answer calls, hang up, play, pause music etc).
The only con, is I was highly worried that I did not see any "mute mic" function anywhere the included quick guide nor printed on the headphones themselves. Anyone that works on the phone, knows how important this is, as offer you must mute yourself while you work and don't want the other party hearing. So I head into their website and found out the full manual for the headphones. Lo and behold, there is a mute function, and many other functions not printed on the included quick guide (this should be included), like put a call on hold, answer and hang up call on hold etc etc. Download the manual!
The sound quality is great and I can hear everyone clearly and they can too. Since they conduct sound through your bones, if you work on a noise environment, you can even wear ear plugs or cover your ears temporarily and it will not affect the sound of these headphones. They are super light and extremely comfy. If you work 8 hours like me on the phone, you will love these, no more sore/hot ear lobes or sticky ear canals with something inside! They work great with a PC and Mac using the included USB stick, but they are also bluetooth, so you can pair them with a phone/tablet.
Highly recommend it, if you work from home (or on the phones at work and they let you bring your own headset) get these!!

Great protection and peace of mind!

Great little package of protection and peace of mind for your family. It includes a couple of their security “buttons” a couple of batteries for them and some clips and keychain attachments.
Setup was easy, you just download Arlo’s safe app and then either sign into your account (if you already have one like me) or create one. Then start adding devices and the app will guide you through the process on how to do it step by step (including instructions on how to open the button, install the battery etc.). Then once it’s all done, the app will get you through a practice mode on how to use the buttons. One mode is just pressing it to request help (like if you are in an accident, in danger of being harmed physically etc.), then another is a “walk with me mode”. Think about this, like if you are walking alone on the street, coming from work etc. late at night or in a shady location and you are afraid of something, or someone may follow you or something like that. You press the button the hole time and if something happens to you, of course your finger will come off and that will bring help to your location. I must say its location finder is on point. Now, remember, this requires you to have a phone with you and the app. If by any chance, there is a false alert, you can set it up to enter a PIN to cancel any alerts (kind of like false alarm and your home’s security system), so you don’t have authorities coming to your location. It can be used for any emergency (not only involving the chance of crime, but in example also accidents, falls, car accidents, camping accidents etc.).
This little bundle includes a year of their family plan, and you can add other family members (they include a second button) but you can purchase and add more, one for each family member for example. Now, each member must have a smartphone and a mobile number FYI. Each button shows in your Dashboard app so you can keep track of where they are. They can also add check ins in the app, let you know all is ok. When I initially set it up, their website would recognize I had the free year membership, however the app refused to give it to me, if this happens to you, just close and restart the app after a little while it will recognize you have the free 1-year family plan and let you start adding other family members btw. I gave one button to my elderly mother and now I have and extra peace of mind she’s safe and if something ever happens to her (like a hard fall or something) she can just press it (I put it in a lanyard for her) and get help right away without having to pick up an try make a phone call!!
I highly recommend it to keep your family members safe!

Great all in one, and tons of ink!

Amazing all in one printer. Its one of the new printers that don't use cartridges, but bottles of ink that you pour into tanks in the printer. They include all the colors necessary to get you started. The ink quality is amazing and it uses pigment ink (meaning quality is much better and regular ink and it your printed document or photo gets wet, the ink will not run down).
Setup was easy, however prepare some time. It should take in all, about 15 to 20 minutes (it does an initial head alignment, which takes around 10 minutes, you can skip this process but for best print quality it's recommended to go and do it, its only one time).
I love that you can feed paper in many ways, it has a large capacity cassette tray, or you can also feed paper and letters from the back. Also the scanner/copy function, you can either use the scanner bed, or you can just feed it paper from the top and I love that it will automatically scan both sides if you tell it to, without you needing to flip the paper. Also, you can save on paper by printing double sided and it does it automatically (I think it's called auto duplex).
Printing, scanning, copying speed is amazing and the quality is too. The printer is a little bit noisy, however you can tune that in the settings by enabling quiet mode (it does print a little slower in that mode but quieter).
They also include a fax line cable (i'm not using it, I use e-fax services) but if standard faxing is important for you its there.
You can connect the printer wirelessly to your router, or either use a lan cable or usb cable (not included). You can also print from your phone.
This is an amazing printer for a home office, small office, that will save you tons of money on ink, highly recommend it!

Great all around protection!

Great security kit. It was very easy to install in several devices (up to 10 devices are supported and you can install on your PC, MAC OS, iOS device, Android). You sign up for a free account on their Dashboard web and then enter your activation key. From there you can choose where you want to install your protection. I chose my PC and also my iPhone. It automatically downloads an install file on my PC and I thought I had to sign in and a convoluted setup process, but NO, it was super easy! The install file already had all my info on it (since I downloaded it from my account online on their Dashboard web). From there, the install process on the PC was super easy. Once installed, it asked me to perform an initial scan to see if there were any existing threats, there were none, thankfully. The PC program is very comprehensive, it has a VPN, Antivirus, antimalware, anti ransomware etc. My biggest concern on the PC was if the app was going to be a resource hog. I'm happy to report that it is not and its super light! I game on my PC so I need every little bit of power available and I was able to see the protection grabs little to no resources and also my CPU cores sleep properly while on idle (I've had past bad experiences with other apps that hog resources and wont allow the CPU to sleep properly while idling and this was not the case at all!). Its also very configurable and one of the options I liked is that you can have profiles (which you can activate automatically or manually). IE you have a gaming profile (max performance and no distracting notifications, since most games run on full screen, this is vital) and there are many other profiles.
I also installed the app on my iPhone and it is great. Right from the bat it told me my iOs version was outdated and to check for updates, good boy! If it wasn't for the app would have not notices (and the iphone never notified me either, even so I have it setup to auto update). It will also protect your internet on your phone and you also have a VPN available (which for mobile devices is a must, if you connect a lot to public wifi networks!).
Great protection suit all around, loving that its a yearly subscription and I don't have to worry until next year!

Sturdy but slim case folio!

Loving the case folio with keyboard for the new iPad 10 gen. Do not let the “rugged” fool you, it may lead you to think that this case is thick and huge, believe me, its not! I was highly surprised at how slim it is, however, it is very sturdy and there is truly little flex on the case itself, where the iPad goes in (the keyboard part has more flex).
Attaching the iPad was super easy, just put align it correctly and in goes. Oh, it has three little metal smart connectors, so it connects to the iPad correctly. The magnets on the door and the flap are extraordinarily strong and kept it closed as I wanted too. I like the fact that there is space on the flap to store your Apple pen or Logitech’s own crayon pen.
The foot that extends on the back to have the iPad stand like a notebook screen is sturdy too and there was no give on it that I could see. It protects your iPad both from the front and back. The keyboard is great and tactile enough. It has a full row of iPadOS shortcut keys, the only con for me is that it is not backlit and there is no trackpad either, but that is just it. If you want to protect your precious iPad while being slim enough, I highly recommend it!

Versatile and all included!

Great smart vacuum. They pack so much with it. It comes with everything you need to clean your home. They include your typical length vacuum pole, but they also include a short one (if you want to vacuum your sofas for example, or even your car seats), also tons of heads for different cleaning jobs. It includes a battery and a charging station (I love this, you just rest the vacuum on it, and it will start charging, no more having your vacuum tip over!).
Putting it together was easy following the included instructions. You can use this vacuum either in smart mode (pairing it with their phone app and Wi-Fi) or not, it’s up to you, it works the same, but the app gives you some advantages, like knowing the life of the hepa filter and when to replace it, setting up cleaning schedules, knowing how long your battery lasted on your last cleaning job, how dirty it was etc. Setting the app was easy too, once they added the new model, you choose it, and it will take you to the steps of doing so. In my case it wanted to scan something with my phone camera, and the screen prompts were in Chinese, so I just chose manual setup and it creates a Wi-Fi hotspot where you connect your phone to it and then come back to the app and it will ask your router’s Wi-Fi credentials, this is done just the first time, after that it connects to it via Wi-Fi any time you open the app.
I love the large indicator ring, it will glow red or blue, depending on how dirty or clean your floor is and in the AUTO mode, it will adjust the motor suction speed automatically, based on how dirty or clean your floor is, thus saving battery in the process. I found out that a full battery charge will be enough for my one floor home, but I would guess it would not be enough for a second floor in the same cleaning, so plan on that if you have several floors on your home (or get a spare battery from them).
Cleans super well and dumping the debris is super easy and it’s done by pulling a lever down and down the hatch the dirt goes, you don’t even have to touch it.

I love these self fitting hearing aids, no more need to go back over and over to the hearing doctor and pay ridiculous amounts to fit-test and buy low quality ones, thanks Sony!
I'm surprised how tiny they are, they fit perfectly in my ear canal. I like that Sony also includes everything you need to start with them. Tiny hearing aid batteries (six of them, you only need two to start), cleaning brush and wipe, a nice carrying case and a set of different sizes silicone thingies that go inside you ear canal (depending of your fit and liking).
Once you insert the batteries (they use batteries and are not rechargeable) you open Sony's app on your phone (or tablet) and it will guide you step by step on how to set them up and more importantly, how to tune them depending on your hearing. It's very easy, each device will produce certain amount of beeps and the app will ask you how many you heard and will keep going on until you finish with each ear. Once done, it saves your configuration and the app is ready to go. The app will allow you to increase or decrease volume and also tune if you want more treble or lows.
I am amazed at how good they work and feel. They also had a tiny cable each that looks like a fishing line, it is to be able to grab them and take them out (they are so tiny and go inside your ear canal, that if it wasn't for that tiny cable you wouldn't be able to grab them).
I highly recommend them if you are starting to have some hearing loss or you are noticing you have to increase volume on your TV to higher levels in example. I had and my family members were telling me 'lower the tv volume, its too high!", now with these I can hear the TV and any other sounds and/or conversations clearly and I don't have to spend on expensive visits to the hearing center near me. They really replace that for mild hearing loss. Of course if you are noticing yours is severe, always talk to a doctor (Sony also tells you to do so).
I would say, the only con with them, is when you store them in the carrying case, if you want so save battery live, you can to always open them up, so the battery inside doesn't make contact, a little annoying, I wish there was a mini button or so instead of doing that all the time. But its a minor thing.

Great Hearing aids, but not that compatible

Great hearing aids. Very well packed and small enough size to pass as regular earbuds (they are much smaller than regular music/call earbuds, but not as small as full on hearing aids that are barely visible).
One big con is that they are ONLY compatible with iPhones, you must have one or at least a family member, so you can set them up and use them. They are NOT compatible with Android phones (Jabra's website is they are working on that, but as of right now, they are not). This is because the way they are setup, is you have to pair them with your iPhone as a accessibility device, so the iPhone knows and recognizes them as a hearing aid (I guess Android phones don't have that feature yet).
Once done, you use Jabra's app to tune then, it guides you very nicely and they are tuned according to your hearing.
They have several modes, I guess you can call them tuning/EQ modes, like "surround, adaptive and focus" each with their pros and cons and depend on what you want to focus on more for better listening, like conversation and sounds.
Fitting was nice and they feel comfortable, I love that they are smaller than regular buds, but you can still see them, the tan color helps too. They will look like a tiny regular earbud, you can still see them.
They include a great charging case and battery life is great. They are not a gimmick and they certainly help me with hearing better, specially with my TV volume, before I had to have my Tv at around 50, now just with a level of 30 I can hear it clearly and I don't bother other peeps on my house hold! These are great if you notice you have mild hearing loss, of course, always consult with a ear doctor, but these can save you tons of money and no need to be going back all the time to the doctor to tune expensive hearing aids!
One big con is that they are ONLY compatible with iPhones, you must have one or at least a family member, so you can set them up and use them. Comfy, great sound and versatile

Amazing pair of gaming headphones/mic. The packaging is great and they include a very nice carrying case, also a charging USB type C cable, a multi jack cable (if you want to use it with a Nintendo switch or Playstation 5 controller) and a detachable mic. The version I got is the "Xbox" version. It includes a wireless dongle to pair with your xbox console, however, pressing the button (or via the app) you can change the mode to PC mode and it works also with any PC. For playstation 5 or Switch you have to use the multi jack cable. However, they do also sell an optional wireless dongle for PS5 and you can use the same pair of headphones wirelessly with your PS5, for the Nintendo switch they also sell a USB type C dongle too.
Setup was very easy, you just turn the headset one, turn on bluetooth pairing mode, pair with your phone, then open the Logitech G mobile app and it will detect the cans. There is no need of drivers, software etc on the PC side or Xbox, you configure and tune them all via their app, I love this, no more bloatware on PC. This way, you can have up to 3 different inputs on the same cans (the wireless usb dongle, bluetooth and via mini jack).
Their app is really nice and you can update firmware via there, select EQ, listening modes etc. The headphones themselves are super sturdy and they are very comfy, the earpads feel like a faux leather with some sort of memory foam and are very comfy, the headband too.These headphones have dual mics. You can attach the included boom mic for better voice while gaming, but if you want to take them on the go as music cans, you can detach it and there is still one included mic if you want to take phone calls lets say while listening to music, very versatile.
Finally I love that you can mostly control them either via the app and also on the headphones themselves there is like a little joystick, which you can move in different directions to control volume, chat/game balance, play/stop music, answer calls etc.
Sound is great and these are closed back headphones and they are very good at insulating outside sounds. While playing multiplayer games I chose the soundsteps profile to pinpoint accuracy, works very well and there is also an immersive mode for single player/campaigns. Battery life is great too.
Great job Astro, I love the innovation of using the phone app for most of the headphone tuning, no more software on the PC!
