Pitiful

If you didn't know the delivery and installation company works for Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's and every other big box company and they own the market and they know it. This equals to ZERO Customer Satisfaction. Waited an entire day to wash a mountain of clothes, when they arrive late (no surprise) the company came without a stacking kit. I spoke to Denise (who intitally refused to give me her name and kept talking over me, until the deliver guy called back and talk to Corey who slipped up and told him I talk to Denise so I took note) Anyway everyone seemed to blame everyone and the delivery truck left with my washer and dryer and I had to go to the store and straighten it out with them. It would take 4 tries, and 2 weeks just to get it delivered and stacked. We got the bill almost as soon as I was able to power-up the washer and dryer. If Best Buy wants to contact me, they can. I won't use be buying or thinking twice before I buy any appliances that need to be delivered and installed. PS Best Buy employee told me: "If you want the best experience go to the Dominion area. Folks there are rich and they have their everything delivered the next day and the right way" Apparently Best Buy double checks the order, and follows up with the delivery company to ensure customer satisfaction, meaning while in 78250 you pay the same price, but get ALOT less!

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.
