I'm rating this product as excellent, but I want to place a small note that the first dryer that I received had a burnt motor. After receiving the second one, the dryer has been excellent. It's very energy efficient even with the expanded drying times and use of dryer sensor.

My new Samsung dryer has suddenly stopped drying the clothes. It's turns and all, it just won't heat up. There is no lint and I've tried all the settings. Help!
