Put the iron away and forget the dry cleaners. This Samsung dryer will steam the wrinkles out of clothes and leave all your laundry fresh and odor-free.

A bit of an issue

The delivery of my first washer and dryer was on time; however, the washer did not drain properly so the door remained locked. I had to manually drain the machine so the door would unlock and I could get my wet clothes out of the washer. I set another appointment for a delivery team to come and check it out. I stayed home the whole day and no one came. They never called to inform me and I called twice and was told they were running late. The second time I called, I was told someone would call me to set up another appointment but no one did. I called the next day and set another appointment. The team came out to confirm my machine was defective so I called to set another appointment to switch out the washer but was told I had to wait another day to set the appointment. They arrived on time and switched out the washer. I understand an item can be defective but the fact I was not informed by phone or text that the team was late or not going to arrive at all is unacceptable.
