A true sleeper for the price paid!

I have been using this Frigidaire model FFF55115PW 3.8 Cubic foot washer for almost 1 month now. I won't bore you with the sales hype about my purchase. I value reviews but not the paid trolls who write reviews based on sales literature.
Using this machine for about one month is an inadequate usage time to give a meaningful review.
I purchased my first Frigidaire front load washer 20 years ago. A bit smaller capacity and 2/3rds fewer options. It used the same DC drive type motor, a mechanical cycle timer, and the same engine compartment (Motor section) configuration. My 3rd son had to replace his much older washer last month and didn't have enough money to buy a new one. So I gave him my 20 year old Frigidaire washer. He's happy and it runs great, all features work flawlessly. The drum springs are a bit stretched out so smaller loads for now until he can replace the springs. This goes to the brand quality.
Now the new one: The full function BIG new top dollar machines are way over priced in my opinion for what they offer. I don't want to shell out an extra $500 for a name! I spent about 12 hours over 4 days researching this Frigidaire washer. I finally came to a consumer review website that compared All brands and all features in a vertical matrix and grouped by feature with either a green, yellow or red background. The researchers scoured all accessible publicly available reviews and sorted them from all green to red by feature and brand. What I first learned was that many of the big brand names were woefully low on the review list, some even at the bottom with yellow and mostly red. So where did this Frigidaire model place? Solid green across all features mid scale, 5 out of 10 top brands. Price-wise? #1. This Frigidaire model had all the features I wanted, and NONE of the big name big giant box, big dollar machines offered all on one machine and $800 dollars more.
This Frigidaire is well built, extremely smart, Steam, non tangling, stain removing, smart balancing, and many more options. Quiet washing, and a steal for what Best Buy sold it to me for. It retails for just under $1000.00, Best Buys price was $764.00. Yes, it has a DC Direct Drive motor warranted for 10 years. I bought a 5 year extended Geek Squad warranty renewable again afterwards. Our old Frigidaire wore out the drum bearings 13 years after purchase, and was replaced on an extended warranty. With 6 older children back then, we overloaded and abused the snap out of it. One water pump at 5 years old from a 17 year old daughter who left hairpins in clothing and got stuck in the pump, scraped the sides out! Frigidaire still covered it. Works great! Happy with it and the money saved at Best Buy w/free delivery and setup. Bought new Stainless Steel hoses. Didn't want to push it.

I've been using "CyberPower" UPS products for 4 years. This is my fourth CyberPower UPS purchase this year alone.
