I was disappointed when I installed this and removed my 1990 speakers from Kenwood that I've owned since I was 18. The speaker has decent sound but I wouldn't recommend using this for a high end Home Entertainment option. It DOES NOT ALLOW 4K to Pass Through so be wary before you buy.

I love this TV

Upgraded to this tv from another Samsung (60") and the color definition and depth is far superior. This is our first curved TV and I can't say enough good things about it. The curve seems to give the picture depth. The only problem I have had is with the 4K from DirecTV. Samsung didn't put any inputs on the TV itself. It comes with a box that plugs into the tv and it has the connections on itself. When I plugged the 4K DirecTV receiver into the Samsung One connect box and tried watching TV the sound would sporadically cut out, but the picture wouldn't.
After hooking and unhooking the receiver up different ways I found the Samsung to be the issue. For some reason it doesn't like the DirecTV receiver. I tried plugging the receiver into the Samsung Curved Sound Bar we bought with the TV but the sound bar doesn't allow 4K to pass through so you end up not being able to hook it up that way. Luckily I had a nice amplifier that allows 4k pass through and once I connected the DirecTV receiver into the amplifier, and then the amplifier into the Samsung TV's One Connect box, I had no issues. You'd think that a TV that is meant for 4K would have no issues with a piece of electronic equipment meant to broadcast 4k but unfortunately it does.
When I asked the Samsung rep in the store about this issue he stated that he never heard of anybody having this problem. That's when I googled the problem and low and behold, there are a ton of people with the same complaint. Other than this flaw, the tv is great.

How do I differentiate + and - wires with Rocketfish wiring?
Most speaker wires have black markings on the negative side of the wire, but the rocketfish has + signs with black writing. Is this the positive or negative side?
It doesn't matter which you hook up to the positive (Red) or Negative (Black), as long as however you have it hooked up on one end matches the other. So if you hook up the wire with no writing to your red input on your speaker, then you want to hook up the that same wire with no marking to the same color terminal on your amp, etc.
