Better but still not Great

I bought Office for Mac, not liking the Numbers and Pages programs offered on my MacBook Air. Word and Excel are certainly an upgrade. But they don't come close to the same programs on a Windows computer. Word uses multiple dictionaries in the same document, meaning the simplest words get underlined in red because it is looking in an Italian or Portuguese dictionary. How in the world does that happen--even though the program says my only assigned dictionary is English (US)? Formatting in Excel for Mac is much easier than using Numbers, but still not as easy as Excel for Windows--more of the same issues that I found with Word--where small things aren't smoothed out for Mac users.

I bought this SD card for an Apple MacBook Air. With few ports on the machine, I wanted to take advantage of as many of them as possible. I also wanted to move photos around from iPhones and iCloud. The card makes it easy and fast to transfer photos and other information between the cloud and the computer, between the computer and a flash drive and between iPhones and any other platform. Price wasn't the best, but the quality of the product has been really good so far. Hope it continues for many years.

I returned a Logitech 325 mouse that was unresponsive and failed to work, even when tech at store tried new batteries (which I had already done). This mouse is larger, more comfortable and seems to be quite responsive. Took a bit of getting used to the two buttons high up on the shoulder, between my thumb and index finger (for a right-handed person). Bumped those at first, and had to figure out what I had done wrong. Much better after an initial few hours of use.

I bought this at a great price on a Deal of the Day. I wanted something that is less obtrusive than a thumb drive (memory stick) that protrudes from the side of my laptop and might get bumped and bent. It works fine. But, when I plugged it into the SD slot on my desktop, the computer ignores it and won't read any of the files on it. I tried everything I could think of to get the desktop to read it. So now it's a laptop-only storage device--not what I had planned.

The PNY Power Pack does exactly what it is supposed to do. It charges almost anything--any type of cell phone, iPods, iPads, Kindles, wireless speakers--almost anything. It has enough juice to charge six iPhones that might have 15% battery left. It holds its charge if left alone for a week. It can charge two devices at once, although one port is quite slow, while the other is quicker. I often charge the most urgent device on the faster plug, then switch the second device over to the faster plug. Handles any plug from two USB ports. Gives an accurate readout on amount of capacity still left. All-in-all, a great buy and an effortless resource.

Old Technology, New Marketing

This is cute and fun, but it relies on old Polaroid technology that isn't much better than it was 40 years ago when the bigger Polaroid cameras were all the rage. The photos are tiny and each one costs almost a dollar to take. Don't take a photo that you don't want, otherwise you've wasted a dollar. This gift was a hit for about 48 hours--until it came time to buy more paper at a dollar-a-sheet.

I don't think this is as good or as comprehensive as his first Greatest Hits album. Some of the songs didn't seem--to me--to have been on anybody's Greatest Hits list, but maybe I missed a few things. Still great music and Kenny still an easy-to-listen-to pace that isn't as full of hard rock as some of today's stars.

Buying a double-sized black ink is money smart and saves trips to the store. H-P ink is expensive to begin with, but at least this big cartridge makes me feel like I get a bit more for my money and can forget about ink for a while, even though 90% of my printing is done in black.

How do I transfer office files from windows computer to new Mac?
I had the same problem. Bought new MacBook Air and wanted Word and Excel files from old Windows computer on new Mac. Copied them to a flash drive and moved them over, but the Apple operating system uses 'Pages' in place of MS Word and 'Numbers' in place of MS Excel. So files don't copy perfectly. 'Numbers' files can be saved as an Excel file, so you can use that option, copying them into 'Numbers' and then saving them as an Excel file, but that's tedious, having to save each file and remembering to always 'Save As'. I also found 'Numbers' and 'Pages' to be much more frustrating to use--from a functionality standpoint. I broke down and bought Office for Mac. Now files save and transfer seamlessly using a flash drive. I save things to the flash drive and can open them on either computer without an issue. Hope this helps. One note: Office for Mac is not a carbon copy of Office for Windows. There are some lost / missing features, but still a big improvement from 'Pages' and 'Numbers'.

Calculator comes with an installed battery. It also has an installed solar cell, which will run the calculator for hours, once it is fully charged. The cell charges in any light, and I have run mine for many hours without a battery, since the solar cell is quite efficient. If you wish to replace the battery, you will need to buy only one--a model LR-54.

Does this work well with an older iPad (3rd generation)?
Sure. I charge a 4-year old iPad Mini. I charge an iPhone 5C and an iPhone 6Plus. I also charge a 12-year old iPod Generation 2! They all work fine. I've even charged my granddaughter's Apple Mac Book Air--although that's awfully slow to charge. It's really a versatile charger.

Does this work with galaxy s7 phone?
Sure! As long as you have a cord with a traditional USB plug on one end (and a plug for your phone on the other end) this will work really well. It has a slow plug (1 Amp) and a faster plug (2.4 Amp). Either will work, but I usually use the faster plug, given a choice. If I'm letting it charge overnight, I might use the slower plug, feeling like it might take more juice, but I really have no proof of that.

While this unit is charging can it charge the plugged in device. example: i want to use this as a backup for my security camera. So can this supply power to the camera while it is plugged in.
Absolutely! Just plug the charger in and use the two USB ports to charge up to two devices simultaneously. Works like a charm. When it is being charged, the charging takes longer (even overnight), but the two devices will charge and the PNY will also charge. Note that one port is fast and one is slow. If this is only for backup, the slower port (labeled as One Amp) should be fine, leaving the other port (2.4 Amps) available for charging cell phones and items that you need to charge more quickly.

how much is the film for how many pictures?
what is the best way to buy a lot of film for the price?
These little credit-card-sized photos are nearly a dollar each. You get ten sheets for almost $10. The quality is average at best. Not worth the money.

I'm not sure. I have a C-7280 All-in-one printer that came equipped with the 02 cartridge. That's the only way I knew what cartridge to buy when I set about replacing the originals. Best Buy can tell you what you need. They have a chart.
