Like the dryer, this machine is operating perfectly so far. It does make a lot of weird sounds as it changes modes, but, it's a washing machine, that's what they do. The noise is not objectionable, and for the amount of time spent washing each week, does not bother us in the least. My wife says the clothes are coming out much dryer then our old Kitchen Aid, requiring less drying time. All in all, like the dryer, this was a good purchase. Also, the excellent delivery and installation provided by Best Buy are the same for this waster as they were for the dryer, as they were both purchased st the same time.

So far this dryer is working perfectly. It seems to be drying a lot faster then our old one did. The noise level is not high at all. All in all for the price, I think it was an exceptional buy. Also Best Buy delivered exactly when they said they would, and they did a very professional job of installation. I would recommend them without hesitation.

During the spin cycle, how much does this washing machine vibrate? Does it move a lot?
We don't mind noise, but are very interested in a machine with LOW MOVEMENT during the spin cycle. Please answer this for Whirlpool (Model: WTW4815EW).

When my wife does her washing, I don't feel any vibration at all, and we have wood floors throughout. Little clicking noises when it changes cycles, but that's about all.

Set-up costs?
Does Best Buy charge to set up a washer and a dryer?
Best Buy did not charge us for delivery or installation, other then the installation parts eg, hoses venting and pigtail. Which they have to put in for liability purposes. I can't imagine anyone putting in a new washer and not replacing the inlet hoses.

If you are facing the dryer, which side is the dryer vent hose outlet on?
If you are facing the dryer, which side is the dryer vent hose outlet on? My receptacle requires a dryer have the hose on the right of the dryer, but the dryer I own has it on the left of the machine.
Facing the dryer, the vent outlet in the back is on the bottom center.
