Many new houses now have 1/2 connections and traditionally it was 3/8 inch. Just make sure first and will save you trouble.

A Beautiful Washer

Love the look and the LED interior light. However, being a HE washer, it seems to NOT clean as well as the traditional washer. The amount of water used by washer is certainly a lot less. However, we had to re-wash several pieces as the clothes still smelled sweaty after drying just like before they went into the washer. I wonder if the water and detergent even penetrated deep enough to do the job well enough. Will need to figure out what other ways to operate the machine. We used automatic cycles.

Is delivery free?
Yes. You just need to buy the parts necessary for the connection and yes they can bring the unit to second floor without problem.
