Keyboard/mouse package we usually get for the office. Never had any issues. Easy plug & play set up. Once you get used to the ergonomic keyboard design, everyone likes it. Price needs to come down.

Purchased a few of these for the workplace over the years. On one occasion, the battery was dead out of the box. Plugged it in overnight to let it charge like they recommend & still no luck. Returned it & replaced it with no issues. Other than that, haven't had any issues with this product.
