This is the best floor mop I've ever owned

I bought one of these steam mops years ago, when they first came out. It worked exactly as promised, and got my floors cleaner than they have ever been with minimal effort. After many years of use, the old steam mop finally stopped working, so I knew I had to replace it with another Shark Steam Mop. My only gripe is that the original version came with 2 reusable pads and the new version only comes with one (but the pads from the old mop still fit the new one, so now I have 3).

I've had really bad luck with vacuums. I've been through several in the last few years because they all had lousy suction and didn't get my carpets clean. I have high hopes for this one. I've owned it for a couple of months now, and so far it is still working great. It sucks the dirt right out of my carpet and it doesn't seem to be losing any suction. I checked the reviews before buying it and they were all excellent. So far it is working exactly as promised.
