I paid an additional $5 for gift wrapping. Would have been nice to know that the gift would not be delivered wrapped. Instead, I was sent a folded piece of wrapping paper. I paid $5 for the paper and didn't receive a bow or tape.

My experience with cables has been that sometimes the data flow is interrupted. (The cable stops working) You replace the cable and move on.
So far no problems for about 2 months.
