Best Keanu Reeves movie in a while

Not what I expected it would be, really an intense movie. Very violent definitely not fit for children. Reeves plays the part perfect, not any other top tier stars in this movie except for small role William Dafoe plays.

Several of the scenes were amazing. Great cast and acting. I would barely give it 4 stars though because towards the end it got kind of cheesy.

A band of determined Russian soldiers fight to hold a strategic building in their devastated city against a ruthless German army, and in the process become deeply connected to a Russian woman who has been living there. In STALINGRAD, directed by Fedor Bondarchuk, the scale of the battle contrasts dramatically with the human drama of the Russian soldiers, the few remaining civilians and their invaders into Stalingrad.

Not the usual WW2 movie

Fury brings a unique perspective to WW2 for what life might have been like for tank crew. It also is the first movie to ever show real German Tiger tank that was borrowed from a museum. The vehicles and uniforms were spot on.
Some parts of the movies were very frustrating and highly inaccurate for those that know the history. The ending scene in particular was a complete fail. The writer/director were their own worst enemies by having the characters comment repeatedly how an entire SS battalion was advancing towards them. Yet the battalion had not a singe AT gun of any type, no medium to long-range PanzerShrek or PanzerFaust and used dumbed-down tactics.
All in all it was a decent movie. But kind of a disappointment with poor decisions made by the writer/director. Only reason I give it 4 stars was to at least give the movie producers credit for using real tanks from both sides.

Interesting sci-fi movie, has you guessing for a while. Only compliant is that they did use Morgan Freeman much in the scenes. The effects look especially nice on UHD 4K.
