My first problem with washing machines with standard hoses is leakage from a hose on the machine. The stainless steel hoses have eliminated this problem.
What's great about it: very durable
What's not so great: no problems with this

large capacity, efficient, quiet washing machine

I had dreaded getting a new washing machine, but this one far exceeds the old one--it runs quietly, has the same large capacity as my old one, and gets the clothes drier in the spin cycle so that the drying time is about a third less than with the old machine. It also requires less soap to get the cloth cleaner when heavily soiled.
What's great about it: clothes take less time to dry in drier
What's not so great: cannot think of anything that is not great
I would recommend this to a friend!
