Fabulous, though weak near plug in phone

I am replacing this cable with the same one that came with the phone. The only problem I have is that it is a bit weak in its design where the reinforced plastic is near the end that plugs into the phone. If you are not diligent in pulling it out by the plastic, and making sure that area doesn't kink, then you are looking at a cable replacement.
