The tripod worked fairly well for what I needed it for but the quality was average at best. The legs don't want to lock into place and the tripod keeps falling down without pulling on each leg really hard to be able to get it to stay up. I like the adjustability of the tripod.

I purchased this to make YouTube videos and it works great. It was easy to download and install the software on my desktop and laptop. The camera is portable, has good quality video and sound, and fits on a standard camera stand. I love it. It did not have as good as quality video I had thought and the auto focus does not work as well as I hoped it would but you can manually adjust the focus. Overall a good product.

Wirelessly store and access your photos and videos with this WD My Cloud Mirror personal Cloud storage, which offers a generous 4TB capacity. USB 3.0 ports and a Gigabit Ethernet port provide high-speed connectivity to your devices and home Wi-Fi network.
How many computers can you mirror and can you also store backups on the same drive? How often are back ups done and are they incremental? Are there any fees?
This device does not do full backups of your computer.
You can use something like Acronis to do that.
This will backup data that you store on the external hard drive to the cloud e.g. documents, pictures, etc.
Lastly there is no monthly fee.
If you get a 4 TB drive you have 4 TBs of data storage on the WD MyCloud servers.

This WD My Cloud drive features a 4TB capacity and lets you stream media to compatible DLNA-/UPnP-capable devices or upload and access data on the go via PC, Mac and compatible mobile phones and tablets. Automatic backup helps safeguard your files.
Having a backup against a disk drive failure is great. Is this also a backup against ransomware? If my computer gets infected with ransomware and the files on my computer get encrypted, will the copies on myCloud also get encrypted?
Yes if the data on your WD MyCloud drive gets encrypted do to an encryption virus it will sync them to the cloud as well.
I am not sure if there is "shadow copy" on the web or not.
I do believe that Microsoft OneDrive has a way to go back to recent files but I am not sure about WD MyCloud yet.
Might be worth some research.

Will this fit my hp 2000
Yes it will. It will fit almost any standard sized laptop. You will have to load the operating system on the disc because they are purchased blank. Also some laptop are tricky to remove the hard drive from them. I would refer to the laptop manual from hp.com.

Will this fit in a hP pavilion dv4?
Yes it will. It will fit almost any standard sized laptop. You will have to load the OS onto it because it is a blank drive. Also getting them out can be tricky on some models. I suggest looking up the full manual on the HP website. Good luck!

will it work on an acer 4720z @ vista home?
Absolutely but what you need to know is that you have to load the Operating System onto it e.g. Windows Vista Home. You will need the install disc to be able to do that. Hopefully they sent one to you. You can also use imaging software to image your old drive if it is not completely dead. Good luck in your replacement!

If drive failes
If the drive failes can you open the case and install a new HDD?
You can physically open it up and install a new drive but I am not sure how it is formatted and where the MyCloud software is installed from.
You might be able to download and install it on another drive.
I have not had to do that yet.

No, not unless you use software to encrypt it.
