I have my Fitbit linked up online to WeightWatchers as well as the Fitbit challenges I have with several of my friends. I am constantly checking it to make sure I get in my steps for the day. It really helps me stay on track to achieve my goals. I am able to check the status of how I am doing at any time on my phone which is really convenient and makes exercising a lot of fun. I am already starting to see a difference in how my clothes fit and how I feel!

Make your keyboard more like a conventional piano with this M-Audio universal keyboard sustain pedal. It consists of a standard quarter-inch jack that plugs into your keyboard sustain port, and the 6-foot cable lets you put it exactly where it's needed. The rubber-coated bottom of this M-Audio universal keyboard sustain pedal ensures it resists slipping.

A must have if you are recording MIDI Piano

I was very impressed with the weight and durability that it seems to be built with. I use it primarily to record emulated grand piano and any other piano that requires sustain on my M-Audio MIDI keyboard using a software called KONTAKT 4 by Native Instruments. The software with the keyboard and sustain pedal duplicates the real feel and noise of an actual piano so closely that if you have a decent pair of studio monitors, it is hard to tell it isn't a real piano. The sound quality I achieved is excellent. Examples of me using it in recordings can be found at http://www.reverbnation.com/standbyfortransmission in the songs "Signed" and "Echo". An absolute must have for piano emulation.
