The dryer hose I guess is doing what it supposed to do however, I'm not able to position the dryer where I'd like because it's not flexible and Best Buy does not sell them. It would have been nice to have the differences explained up front.

I love, love, LOVE my microwave however for it to be brand spanking new, when the door is closed you can visually see that the door is not even when closed. This doesn't stop the function which I do love but I feel that if I purchase something new, then it should be perfect. I've already returned it once and the same thing with the second one. I spoke to a manager there about returning it again and possibly opening the box before purchasing again but I'm really tired of loading and unloading it. I am single and live in a 2 story apartment....therefore, I'm the one boxing it up and hauling it back and forth.
