My previous external hard drive bit the dust recently so got this one.
I was able to transfer everything I wanted to -- about 400 mb of data to the new Seagate. It did take a few hours but actually went faster than I anticipated. It's USB 2 and 3 compatible so it will work on older systems like XP and newer systems like Windows 7 and 8. So far it's worked like a charm.

The previous inkjet printer I had drank ink like a drunken sailor. This printer is much kinder with the ink -- a cartridge lasts several months and doesn't dry up. Glad I got rid of the old one and got this one.

It's a great keyboard if you don't want the weight of one attached to a case. It has a nice touch. I find if I'm just doing one short email, it's just as easy to use the touch screen, but if I'm going to type much at all, it's nice to have a real keyboard. I'm using it with an ipad air. A friend wanted to try it with her really old ipad (I think hers was the original generation of ipads) and the devices could not find each other. I also tried it with my sidekick 4G phone (which has an older andoid operating system) and it didn't work with the phone (boo hoo). The salesman in the store tried it with his newer android phone and it did work with his phone (don't remember what kind he had). So, it will work with the newer ipads and the newer android phones. It has a nice protective sleeve that can be folded to prop up the ipad for viewing.

No, most flash drives don't come with a ribbon tag. But I agree ribbon tags (lanyards) are a great way to keep track of them. A couple of years ago I ordered several cheap lanyards from eBay and haven't lost a flash drive since. Recently I was visiting a relative and using their computer but needed to use my flash drive. I stretched the lanyard out so I would see it and not forget to eject it later and leave it at their house. It would be nice if all flash drives came with lanyards but they don't. Boo hoo!

Does this headset hurt your ears when the phone rings. I have a set of earbuds that when a call comes in the voice is so loud it hurts!
No, mine doesn't. The headset vibrates. I don't keep the ear piece in my ear all the time. It retracts so when I'm finished with a call I retract it and when the next call comes in it vibrates and I put it in my ear at that point. That's one of the nice features of having a headset that rests around your neck instead of one that is constantly stuck in your ear.

Can you connect 2 phones to the headset at the same time?
According to the instruction manual you can connect two devices to it. I've not tried to do so. I suggest you go on-line and read the instruction manual.

will it run with windows XP
Look on the box. The box will tell the system requirements. Some of the newer ones will work on XP, some will not. I have a couple of them, one of which is XP compatible and the other one is not.

Do these blank dvds work well with windows 7
Yes. I have Windows 7 and they work fine. The main consideration in copying something to blank DVDs is the speed. If you have an old computer and burn a DVD at the highest speed, an old computer might not be able to read it. Other than music and video copying, I almost always copy at a slower speed. If you're copying music the music program will choose the speed (like iTunes), but if you're copying something like data files or pictures, I would pick a slower speed than the fastest available so that older computers can read the data.

Why is Best Buys selection of Wacom products so limited?
I would like to get either this or the touch version but seemingly this is on the website but apparently there is only one left in a store somewhere in America and good luck finding it, and the touch version isnt even offered. Its sad when you want to give a store a 1000 dollars and you cant.
I think it's limited because there's a limited market for the devices. How many people do you know that want or have one? I can count on one hand and still have fingers left. It's a speciality item. Ask them if they will order it for you.

Please explain how to use the memory card,details listed.
When using memory card,after putting your photos on something else. Is it ok to erase the photos on the card? How does this affect the numbering system on the card?Is there a special way to erase photos?does the size (eg) 64 or 32 have any effect on the type ,clarity of the photo?

how many photographs will a 65gb hold?
Thousands. There should be a chart at Best Buy that will tell you how many photos each size of memory card will hold. Off the top of my head I don't remember but it's well into the thousands.
