I bought these headphones as a Christmas gift for my daughter and they have not worked since we opened them on Christmas. I am not happy at all. I was expecting better especially with these being beats. I will now have to return and get replacements but that doesn't help the fact that this was a major gift for Christmas and they don't work. Very upset and disappointed.
