Fan only has one speed

This is nice enough but the fan only has one speed and it is LOUD. The button says it has two speeds but it only works on high. I guess I will have to call the manufacturer to inquire as to how they can rectify this situation. Until this is addressed I cannot recommend this product.

The Roku stick will not fit in the space by the HDMI outlet on TV. I noticed that an adapter is available for free but you have to enter a code (that you get when device is installed/activated) but I can’t plug in device without adapter.
Just call Roku customer service and give them the SN on the device and they will send you the HDMI extender
