The CPU Shift Period has arrived, and Gamindustri will never be the same. Now, critical rumors of the CPUs have begun to infiltrate and permeate throughout Gamindustri. This is causing Neptune and the others to fear that the citizens will soon call for new leaders to replace them and end their rule. During this precarious time for Planeptune, Neptune and Nepgear mysteriously disappear. They have set course for the Zero Dimension ~ a divergent world, which is nearing its catastrophic end. When they arrive they encounter the last CPU, Uzume Tennouboshi, who is up against a colossal evil known as the Dark CPU.
