Only gave it 4 stars because I could not make a set of recovery Disc. Contacted HP support and when all was said and done, HP sent me a recovery flash drive. A little trouble but it was better than taking it back and starting all over taking all the crapware off of it.

I like the laptop fine. It had the restore partition on the HD but nothing was in it. HP support was great. Even they could not get to the point of making restore disc so they sent me a usb flash drive with the restore partition on it in 3 days so no problems. Only gave it 4 stars because it slipped thru HP quality check.

Does this laptop come with Bit Locker?
Not with the windows 10 home version. You will have to upgrade to the pro version to have Bit Locler.
