Challenges but Best Buy made it right!

We wanted our washer and dryer delivered on the same day but due to the dryer being on backorder, there were scheduling challenges. The units ended up being delivered on different days which caused inconvenience and confusion. When we alerted the BB store manager, he made things right. Lance did an exemplary job listening to our concerns. He gracefully assumed responsibility for BB's delivery process shortcomings and offered appropriate compensation for what happened. Thanks to this excellent issue handling, we are confident in Best Buy and would absolutely buy our next appliance from them again.

This is our first new dryer since 2000. It's so spacious inside, yet smaller outside than our old monster. Love the ability to open the door two ways - from the top or the side. Steam function is fab for those wrinkly delicates that just need a refresh. Dries blankets and comforters MUCH faster than the old dinosaur we had. We love the programmable controls and the modern interface. Great product.

Great little oven

We replaced our Black and Decker toaster over with this. The B&D didn't cook evenly and the timer knob/on light weren't well designed, so occasionally we'd leave the oven on and not realize! The controls on this are much more solid and well designed. The oven crisps up a 12" pizza really well. It also has a much nicer finish than the B&D.

Now We're Cookin!

Three years ago, we bought a new house. The cooktop present had only 1 functioning burner. The install required a downdraft vent, and those cooktops are quite expensive. We toughed it out until 2016 and then bought this high quality Jenn Air. It's wonderful. Fit the cut out perfectly, and looks stunning. The cheaper downdraft "stainless" cooktops have only a small band of stainless trim across the front. This bad boy is solid stainless across the top and it makes the kitchen look 1000% better. The burners light instantly and put out serious BTUs. Watched pots boil very quickly now (and we can do 4 at a time if we want)! We love it and are very satisfied with our purchase.
