good washer for a starter

This is a good started washer, however, we had to have it serviced before my renter could finish her first wash. After a heated discussion, the service company was sent out that day, not 3 days later as first suggested and now the washer works great now.
What's great about it: the price
What's not so great: had to have it serviced befor the first complete wash, ok now
I would recommend this to a friend!
