I was so excited to purchase an android TV but, it kept freezing and had to be reset constantly to factory settings so after a week of ths I returned it. Maybe once they tweek out this issue I will try it again

Not worth the money

The first one I got I had to exchange, the battery would take hours upon hours to charge then not hold the charge.
The second one I got well, after 3 weeks I went to the Geek Squad cause it froze and they said to reset it to factory settings and if it happened again to just come back and get it swapped out for yet another one.

The Geek Squad staff in person and on the phone have always been efficient, curteous and of great help when needed in the past and I have no doubt they will do the same if needed on this new item I purchased.
The only issue I have is with the manner of how they are managed in the store. In the Boynton Beach store there's always chaos at the Geek counter. There's no line for people with appointments nor a line for those without appointmens who just have a quick question. There's no way to check in if you do have an appointment thus you have to wait on a long line which is ludicrous and makes the appointment concept mote.
