Like the features - but

"Cool" looking unit. Didn't want front loader. Like the agitator-less design and the handwash area. Waited 3 weeks for both units to be in stock before delivery. Paid the extra $$ for delivery/installation(normally self install) & extended warranty. Had about a month and have a chronic out of balance problem since the beginning. Checked to verify level, Manual useless for issue. Finally gave up and called Geek squad. Was implied delivery guy may have skipped a step. Soonest available technician appointment 2 weeks out.
