Purchased this washer a month ago with a new LG dryer as well. The delivery guys had it set up and going within 10 minutes. I've really enjoyed being able to do all our clothes in 2-3 washes each week. Everything comes out clean and smelling great! I usually leave the lid open overnight to dry the barrel out as this was recommended by the sales associate. No issues there. Super easy to use but as a short person I do struggle to reach the bottom. I'll take using a small stool vs doing extras loads of laundry any day. :)

Purchased this dryer a month ago and decided to go with gas instead of all electric. I am very happy with that decision. Most of my cycles are less than 30 mins and average around 23 mins. Woo hoo! My husband completed the install on the dryer because the delivery guys didn't have the correct gas hookup. Best buy did their best to make it up to us and we appreciated it. I've done some large loads due to purchasing the larger washer barrel and it doesn't seem to effect the dry cycle at all. I have not used the steam fresh option as of yet. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Do clothes get tangled together?
I have a high efficiency top loader by another manufacturer. By the end of the cycle the clothes are often knotted together, pants especially. Does that happen with this machine?
I've had this washer for a month and I haven't had any issues with clothes being tangled together when I pull them out. When I put the clothes in initially, I make sure that they are layered and not just tossed in as a whole. Maybe that helps. Good luck.

Why do all the clothes come out very wrinkled on every spin cycle?
I have that issue as well but as my clothes dry out whether in the dryer or hanging I notice the wrinkles are not as bad as any other wash they had before. I think it's the power of the spin that causes it.

What is the real capacity of this washer?
I have noticed Best Buy advertising the capacity of this model as 5.2. Other people also refer to the size as 5.2 as well when describing it? But the specifications only show it as 5.0? Why the difference?
Everything in the manual says 5.2. Honestly I wouldn't know the difference other than the size loads I'm able to do now verses when I had the smaller barrel size. It's really doing 2 loads in one cycle so less washing time which is great. I say go bigger! Washing blankets and large towels, pillow, and large bath mats makes all the difference.
