The product was recommended to fit my dryer and space and I had to purchase something to vent the dryer as the equipment was not included, so I bought it. The techs sent to install my unit did not take the time to set it up, informing me that it would not fit the installed wall part of the vent Therefore, I could not use my unit for 3 months after I bought it due to trying to figure out how to hook it up. The delivery label was plastered over the directions on the box and the adhesive did not peel off. due to work and obligations, I had no time to deal. When I made the time it took me over 3 hours due to the piece that goes into the dryer not overlapping and the ring kept coming loose. It was VERY frustrating.

It was so hard to find a dryer to fit my space with the companion washer .... well after searching for weeks, I found everything I wanted in this model. It fits my space, saves money and time by turning off when clothes are dry even if it was set for longer, reduces wrinkles, has an on/off switch for timed signals and is HUGE inside!!
