I play a lot of Lego Dimensions with my kids (9yrs and 6yrs). I got this because they like Star Wars and it was cheap. If you get it cheap it's a bit fun. But it's a bit hard to understand and I think Lego is much better. Overall I think this is too complicated for what it is.

If yo like the Lego games, this is more of it. However, this one is very well executed and the Star Wars content can be very funny. We were playing the old Lego Star Wars games and its night and day with this one. Its much more fun. I'm playing with a 9 year old and 6 years old. It's still a little tricky for the younger one.

I'd been waiting for this laptop since 2016 CES. It's been delayed and finally got it when it was available at Best Buy. For me, this laptop is almost perfect. Prior to this I had been mainly using a Surface Pro 2. I was considering a Surface Pro 4 or the 900s. I returned a Surface Book because it was too heavy. The 900s is extremely portable, so it works great as a laptop. It is light enough so that it is usable as a tablet. You wouldn’t hold it in one hand, but as a stand up device (i.e. like a Surface with a kickstand) it works great. I also ordered the pen. The pen is good but not great compared to what you can get with the Surface. Screen is also good but not great. However, it is extremely lapable unlike a Surface. Highly recommended! I’m shocked the 900s isn’t a hotter machine.

I'm 39 years old and played this with my 9 year old daughter and 5 year old son. My kids really didn't get the retro games that you play in the game. They couldn't believe I thought it was fun. Personally, I had a blast with it. If it's just for today's kids I wouldn't get it. But as something you can share with your kids, I think it is priceless.

Lots of potential

I have had the old AppleTV as well as a lot of TV devices. This device has a lot of potential as a platform. However, for now, it is not that much different than the older version. While it is much faster, I find that it crashes much more (but since it is fast it restarts quickly). I find the HDMI-CEC unreliable so I shut it off (could be my TV). I also find the remote trackpad hard to use. I prefer a physical arrow. I would recommend this if you have a lot of other Apple stuff. If you just want to stream there are other cheaper options.
