Product was good...not happy about the service

My son made a mistake and picked a black controller instead of blue online. When I went to the store, first, the didn't have the order ready as stated. Secondly, I asked politely if the order could be changed to the blue controller which was the same price(since it was our fault that my son picked the wrong color by mistake). I was told that I had to come back in 2 hours in order to do this. I tried to speak to the manager but he was no help. Hard to believe that this couldn't be taken care of. Since I don't live close to the store, I had no choice but to accept what happened. I would hope that in the future, best buy has better flexibility or will to satisfy their customers instead of trying to do nothing...
What's great about it: Controller
What's not so great: Service at this store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
